Booking a photography session can bring up a lot of questions—whether it’s about the process, pricing, or what to expect. I understand that every session is unique, so I’ve compiled answers to the most common questions to help guide you through the journey.
Whether you’re planning a professional business headshot, a personal portrait, or something else, this page will help you feel confident and prepared every step of the way. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to help!
A great portrait is more than just a picture—it’s a reflection of your personal or professional brand. With years of experience in both personal and business photography, I ensure you look your best every step of the way. From booking your session and choosing outfits to planning the shoot and guiding you through poses while adjusting the lighting, I’m with you through it all. Afterward, I assist in selecting your best photos and handle the retouching to perfection.
If, at any point, I feel we’re not the best fit for each other, I’ll refer you to someone who’s better suited to your needs. My goal isn’t just to book another client but to ensure you’re a happy client with photos you absolutely love. Some clients initially chose lower-cost options, thinking they were getting professional results, only to return for retakes. The difference? Expertise, attention to detail, and images that leave a lasting impression. When you choose me, you’re investing in getting it right the first time.
My studio is located in Al Egla, Doha, Qatar (beginning of Lusail, right between Lagoona Mall and Doha Golf Club). Please see attached map in contact.
I’m available Sunday to Thursday, with sessions held between 9 AM – 1 PM and 4 PM – 7 PM. All sessions must be booked in advance, as I do not offer walk-in services.
To book a session, please reach out to me via phone, WhatsApp, email, contact form, or social media. Before finalizing your booking, I like to ensure we’re a good fit for each other. Once we confirm we’d like to work together, I’ll reserve your spot in my booking system and send you an email with the details. To secure your spot, a booking fee is required, and after that, we’ll move forward with planning your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
The booking fee is typically paid via bank transfer to the company account. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, and can be paid either in cash or by bank transfer.
The professional photography experience I provide is far more involved than a simple passport photo. It requires a lot of time, effort, and attention to detail to ensure we achieve the best possible results.
Here’s a breakdown of what goes into your session:
Before the Session:
Before you even step into the studio, I spend 1-2 hours on prep work to ensure everything runs smoothly.
During the Session:
After the Session:
Other Factors Affecting Pricing:
As you can see, executing a session from A to Z involves a lot of time and effort, with the session itself being the shortest part. I hope this breakdown helps you understand the value behind my pricing! 😊 Visit “Pricing” in main Menu to access the packages.
Before booking I share a list of recommend professional artists (and their social media for your reference) available in Qatar who specialize in photoshoot-ready looks. They typically come to your location for preparation before you head to my studio. Pricing varies by stylist but generally ranges from 350–450 QAR.
During our session together we take as many amazing images as possible. Your online viewing gallery reflects the number of complimentary images included in your chosen package. You can purchase as many additional photographs as you’d like. The cost per extra image depends on your package—the higher the package, the lower the price per extra image.
Once you’ve selected your images from the online gallery, the standard turnaround time is up to 15 working days, though they’re often ready much sooner—usually within a few days.
If you need your photos urgently, I offer a fast editing service for 100 QAR per image, with delivery within 24 hours.
No, I don’t provide RAW files. However, you’ll have access to all unedited images in your online viewing gallery to choose your favorites. Once selected, I carefully retouch each one to deliver a polished, professional result.
Think of it like dining at a restaurant—the chef doesn’t serve raw ingredients but crafts a perfectly seasoned dish for you to enjoy. Similarly, I focus on delivering refined, high-quality images rather than unfinished files.
Yes, I offer lifestyle sessions at your office, home, or other indoor locations. These require additional logistics as I’ll need to transport, set up, and pack down all the lighting equipment, which takes extra time and effort.
I do not offer outdoor photoshoots unless the client arranges the necessary photography permit, which is often required in many locations in Qatar. The permit application process can be either complex or unavailable, making it difficult to organize these types of sessions.
